Link Management Consulting was founded in 2005 by Norbert Höckl and associates. As Founding Partner of Link Management Consulting, Norbert works with client companies and assists them in developing long-term business strategies and designing their internal processes. The results are increased competitiveness and improved operational efficiency. He is an experienced project manager and interim manager.
Prior to forming Link Management Consulting, Norbert was management consultant at Diebold Deutschland (Member of DaimlerChrysler Group) and Detecon International (Member of Deutsche Telekom Group), two management consulting companies based in Germany. He gained consultancy experience in different international projects, mainly working for large corporations. His focus was the development of business and market strategies, especially related to ambient intelligence.
Norbert graduated as Electrical Engineer at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany) and ETH Zurich (Switzerland). He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley (USA).
Norbert teaches "Strategic Management" in the Executive MBA Program at FINE University of Wales Romania. He has various publications in the field of business strategy, customer relationship management and ambient intelligence.
Currently Norbert is member of the National Certificatin Committee of Amcor, the Romanian Management Consultancies Association.
Since 2006 Norbert is member of the management board of Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania.
